AUSTIN—Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC (TLRPAC) today endorsed Terri Leo Wilson in the Republican Primary runoff for House District 23, which covers Chambers County and part of Galveston County. Leo Wilson’s opponent is an attorney at the personal injury law firm of a former Democratic state legislator, who is a prominent contributor to progressive Democrats across the nation.
“Terri Leo Wilson’s commitment to her community and our state runs deep, whether through her work as a teacher, precinct chair, State Republican Executive Committee member or member of the State Board of Education,” TLRPAC Chairman Richard J. Trabulsi Jr. said. “Terri is committed to strengthening the policies that have made Texas a beacon for families and job creators alike, including ensuring our legal system is fair and efficient and keeping job-killing lawsuits from hurting small businesses and consumers. She looks forward to working with Speaker Dade Phelan, Rep. Greg Bonnen and other coastal legislators on matters of critical importance to the Texas Gulf Coast. TLRPAC is proud to support her.”
