TLRPAC Endorses Scott Bowen for HD 129

Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC (TLRPAC) today announced its endorsement of Scott Bowen for the Texas House of Representatives (HD 129).

“TLR’s decades of work to create a fair civil justice system have been critical to making Texas the best state in the nation to do business,” said Bowen. “I am honored to have their support as we work together to keep the Texas Miracle alive for the next generation. Our movement to bring great jobs to Texas citizens and keep the cost of homeownership and business low continues to gain momentum, and I’m proud to be gaining support from the business community, our conservative grassroots and the many Republican voters we reach out to every single day.”

“TLRPAC proudly stands behind candidates who understand the vital importance of a fair, efficient and transparent civil justice system to the success of the Texas economy—and for the small businesses that make the Lone Star State thrive,” TLR President Lee Parsley said on behalf of TLRPAC. “A grassroots leader with a strong history supporting true conservatives, Scott Bowen is committed to serving citizens of the Bay Area. He is the right choice for HD 129.”

For six years, Bowen served on the Clear Creek ISD Board of Trustees, where he championed accountability and transparency in local schools.

A committed Republican grassroots leader since 2014, Bowen has held numerous leadership positions, including serving as Chair of the Legislative Priorities Committee at the 2024 Republican Party of Texas Convention.

Bowen’s campaign is focused on protecting taxpayers, defending parental rights, securing the border and ensuring Texas remains the best place in America to live, work and raise a family.

TLRPAC is the political arm of Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLR), the largest civil justice reform organization in Texas. TLR’s mission is to foster freedom, innovation, and job creation by advocating for a fair, efficient and predictable civil justice system led by competent and independent judges who apply the constitution and laws as written.
