AUSTIN—Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC (TLRPAC) today endorsed Rep. Kyle Kacal for reelection in the Republican Primary for House District 12, which covers Grimes, Madison, Robertson, Walker and Washington counties and part of Brazos County.
