AUSTIN—Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC (TLRPAC) today endorsed Justice Mike Wallach of Colleyville for reelection to Place 6 on the Second Court of Appeals, which serves Tarrant, Denton, Parker, Hood, Wichita, Cooke, Jack, Wise, Young, Clay, Archer and Montague counties.

Justice Wallach was appointed by Gov. Greg Abbott to the Second Court of Appeals in 2019. Prior to this, he served as judge of the 348th District Court in Tarrant County. He previously practiced law at Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff & Miller and Wallach & Andrews, P.C. Justice Wallach received a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Texas Christian University and a law degree cum laude from the University of Houston. He is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and is a Certified Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Justice Wallach is a past president of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, a member of the State Bar of Texas and Tarrant County Bar Association and a Judicial Fellow of the International Association of Defense Counsel. He was named a Texas Super Lawyer from 2003-2016 and recognized by Fort Worth Magazine as a Top Attorney.
