(Houston, TX) – Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC today endorsed Ernest Bailes for State Representative in House District 18.

As a business man and a committed conservative leader, Ernest Bailes knows the importance of lawsuit reform in creating jobs and keeping the Texas economy strong.

He has a long record of community service and we believe he will be a principled and productive member of the Texas House. Ernest Bailes is an experienced businessman specializing in agriculture. He currently serves on the San Jacinto Farm Bureau, San Jacinto County Fair Board, Shepherd ISD

Technology Advisory Board, the San Jacinto County Agricultural Advisory Board, and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s East Fork & West Fork San Jacinto River Stakeholder Group. He has advised public policy makers in Austin and Washington, D.C. Ernest and his wife Courtney have two sons. They live in Coldspring, where they attend the First Baptist Church.

House District 18 includes Liberty, San Jacinto, and Walker counties.
