TLRPAC Endorses Ellen Fleischmann for HD 96

Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC (TLRPAC), the political arm of the state’s leading civil justice reform organization, today announced its endorsement of Ellen Fleischmann for the Texas House of Representatives (HD 96).

“Common-sense lawsuit reforms are critical to Texas’s economic strength,” said Ellen Fleischmann. “I am honored to receive the support of Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC. I share TLR’s goal to end frivolous lawsuits, promote economic growth, and help ensure our legal system remains fair and accessible for all Texans.”

TLR President Lee Parsley said on behalf of TLRPAC: “Ellen Fleischmann, a conservative attorney and small business owner, brings a steadfast commitment to protecting Texas’s economic prosperity and ensuring a fair and efficient civil justice system. Her dedication to conservative values, including property tax relief, border security, and accountability for rogue prosecutors and judges, aligns with TLRPAC’s mission to support leaders who prioritize a strong economy and access to justice.

“Ellen’s experience as an attorney and her commitment to fostering a business-friendly environment make her an outstanding choice to represent her district and advance policies that keep Texas the best place to live, work, and raise a family.”

Fleischmann and her husband, Scott, live in Mansfield with their son, Brayden. Ellen’s public service includes a federal clerkship for Judge Reed O’Connor in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Ellen’s legal career has spanned both private practice and high-level in-house counsel roles, specializing in litigation and employment law.

TLRPAC is the political arm of Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLR), the largest civil justice reform organization in Texas. TLR’s mission is to foster freedom, innovation, and job creation by advocating for a fair, efficient and predictable civil justice system led by competent and independent judges who apply the constitution and laws as written.
