TLRPAC Announces Endorsements for Statewide Candidates in 2018 General Election

Also launches new one-stop elections resource website

AUSTIN—Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC (TLRPAC) today announced it is endorsing the following candidates in statewide races in the 2018 General Election:

Governor Greg Abbott (R, Incumbent)

Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick (R, Incumbent)

Attorney General Ken Paxton (R, Incumbent)

Comptroller Glenn Hegar (R, Incumbent)

Commissioner of the General Land Office George P. Bush (R, Incumbent)

Railroad Commissioner Christi Craddick (R, Incumbent)

“Texas’ statewide leaders are focused on keeping our economy strong and creating opportunities for families, and they have guided our state with pro-growth principles in mind,” TLRPAC Chairman Richard J. Trabulsi Jr. said. “By keeping strong, consistent leadership at the helm in our state, we can continue to ensure Texas remains the nation’s job creation engine and a beacon of opportunity for all.”

In announcing these endorsements, TLRPAC also launched its newly revamped website, https://www.tlrpac.com/, a one-stop resource for TLRPAC-backed races up and down the ballot and across the state. The site features important background on Texas judicial candidates, comparing legal experience, education and endorsements in each race.

TLRPAC will announce additional endorsements in judicial, Texas Senate and Texas House races in the coming weeks.
