AUSTIN, TX—Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC (TLRPAC) today announced its endorsement of Rep. Gary Gates for re-election in House District (HD) 28, which covers part of Fort Bend County.

“Gary Gates came from humble beginnings and worked hard to build a business, from a one-man operation to 500 employees,” TLR President Lee Parsley said on behalf of TLRPAC. “He understands what it takes to operate and grow a business in Texas, including the importance of having a civil justice system that is fair and balanced for all. Through Gates’ family-run real estate business, Gates has purchased and renovated thousands of apartment homes around Houston and created job opportunities for over 500 individuals. He currently lives in Richmond, Texas, with his wife, Melissa, and his 13 children, of whom 11 are adopted.
